just a few quick things before booking your appointment

1. ARRIVAL
Early: Please arrive on time or 5 mins early, earlier than that and I may be caught up with a client, cleaning, or grabbing a snack between appointments!
Late: If you’re more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may need to be cancelled and the full service fee will apply.

2. NO-SHOWS
Missed appointments will be charged the full service fee and future bookings won’t be accepted.

3. VERY BITTEN OR DAMAGED NAILS
If your nails are bitten, ripped, or very damaged, please send photos via the enquiry form first as these require a different service process. You're in very good company, research puts the number of adults who bite their nails at somewhere between 20 and 30%. Let's give your nails a fresh start. Regular care and gentle cuticle love will have you feeling proud (and bite-free).

4. PARKING
There isn't time during your appointment to move your car, so please plan for parking that covers your full visit before you arrive. Please choose a spot with at least 2 hours available and allow for longer if you’ve booked art.

Free options:

  • Lynch Street – 2 hour and 10 hour free parking available

  • Linda Crescent – free 2 hour parking

Paid options:

  • Woolworths/Coles car park - 2 hour limit

  • Wakefield Street multilevel car park - hourly rate and all day

  • Behind the Town Hall, off Oxley Street – limited 8 hour paid parking

5. PAYMENT
A 50% booking fee is required to secure every booking. This fee is non-refundable and is redeemed on the day of your service.

Cancellations made within 3 days of your appointment will incur a 100% fee for the full service price. Need to reschedule? Reach out as soon as you can and we’ll try sort something out. Cash or PayID transfer is preferred due to rising card surcharges.

    🧼 New Clients

    • Bitten, ripped or damaged nails? Let’s chat first. There’s a different process to bring them back to health.

    ⏳ Late or Need to Cancel?

    • No-show: 100% fee

    • More than 10 min late = no-show

    ✨ Service Style

    This isn’t your quickie shopping centre mani. I take my time to do it right, so check service times when booking and maybe don’t squeeze it in on a tight lunch break.

    ⏱ Appointment Length

    Appointments range from 1–2.5 hours depending on nail condition, art, and prep. Sit back with tea, coffee or a provided streaming while I work. Silent appointments are always available.

    💡 Help Keep Things Moving

    • Phone down, hands still – moving hands = difficult to apply neatly.

    • Limit chat during tricky stages like painting, extensions or nail art.

    • Don’t touch your hair, bag, or clothes mid-service.

    • Prep your nails with daily cuticle oil + hand cream = better, longer-lasting results.

    • Got a tear or break? Book a repair onto your service.

    • Be colour confident – choose at the beginning, indecision eats into your appointment time.

    🏡 Studio Etiquette

    • 1:1 appointments only, no kids or plus ones allowed.

    ❌ I Don’t Treat:

    Any infected nails or skin (fungal, warts, etc). If you're unsure, send a photo beforehand. Your health and hygiene come first.

    🤒 Illness & Allergies

    • Sick? Reschedule. Same goes for me.

    • Allergies or health conditions? Please share them in the consultation form/agreement.

    🔧 Repairs

    • Free within 7 days if it’s my error.

    • After that: $10 per nail.

    • Breaks due to cleaning, chemicals or rough handling are on you.

    💸 Refunds & Payments

    • No refunds, credits or change-of-mind swaps.

    • All services are appointment only. Arrive on time, and no more than 5 mins early, if you’re late, you will lose service time and this will affect what we can reasonably achieve within the appointment timeframe.

    🚨 Life Happens

    If something comes up unexpectedly on my end, I’ll reschedule with as much notice as possible.
